Refund policy

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no payment has been taken yet, unless a payment method was charged in error.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period — you keep access until the period ends.

Outside the trial, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges. The 14-day free trial on every plan exists so you can try Fegos before paying anything; if you cancel before it ends you are never charged. Email hello@fegos.app if you believe you were charged in error.

If a subscription that generated an affiliate commission is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed. See the Affiliate Terms.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
