Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you (“you”, the person or organisation using Fegos) and Sterling Digital Partners Inc., based in Cheyenne, Wyoming (“Fegos”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Fegos you agree to these terms.

Fegos is software that helps you reach people on LinkedIn: it reads a website you provide to work out a likely audience, drafts outreach messages (with AI assistance on paid plans), and — through a desktop application that runs on your own computer — sends connection requests and follow-up messages at a paced, limited rate. Fegos also provides a unified inbox, a lightweight CRM, and analytics.

Fegos never holds your LinkedIn password or session. All LinkedIn actions are carried out by the desktop application, signed in to LinkedIn directly by you, on your own device.

LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits the use of automation software, including tools like Fegos. Using Fegos may put your LinkedIn account at risk of restriction, suspension or termination by LinkedIn, entirely at LinkedIn’s discretion and outside our control. Fegos applies conservative, built-in pacing limits intended to reduce — not eliminate — this risk. We make no promise, warranty or guarantee that your account will not be restricted, and you accept this risk by using Fegos.

You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to use Fegos to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or spam content, and to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at sign-up. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Unless cancelled, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the 14 days. Subscriptions then renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

You own the content you put into Fegos (your business profile, message templates, contacts, and similar). We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI processing of your prompts and prospect data is performed by Anthropic under its own data handling terms; email is sent via Resend; payments are processed by Stripe; hosting runs on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data.

We aim to keep Fegos available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fegos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Fegos is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any action LinkedIn or another third party takes against your account.

You may stop using Fegos and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that puts other users or Fegos at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and will notify you by email of material changes.
